Grants & Subsidies
To qualify for the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), your company needs to meet this criteria:
- Registered and operating in Singapore
- At least 30% local shareholding (held by Singapore Citizens or PRs)
- Group sales of ≤ S$100 million OR ≤ 200 employees
We can help you confirm your grant eligibility, just drop us a message.
Yes! Newly incorporated companies can apply immediately as long as they meet the above requirements. There’s no minimum operating period.
PSG grant provides 50% funding support for pre-approved accounting solutions like QuickBooks Online and Xero.
If you combine PSG with SFEC (SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit), this covers another 90% of your remaining out-of-pocket expense.
Example:
- Software plan: $2,000
- With PSG only: pay $1,000
- With PSG + SFEC: pay just $100
Not sure if you qualify for both grants? We can help us assess!
PSG is the main grant for business solutions, while SFEC further reduces your final cost.
PSG (Productivity Solutions Grant):
- Subsidises up to 50% of qualifying costs
- For pre-approved business solutions (accounting software, HR systems, CRM, etc.)
- Can be used multiple times for different solutions
SFEC (SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit):
- One-time $10,000 credit per company (Out of which, $7000 can be used for enterprise transformation such as PSG)
- Covers up to 90% of remaining out-of-pocket costs
- Automatically applied, no separate application needed
In summary: PSG is your main grant for solutions and SFEC is bonus credit that further reduces your final cost.
Simple 2-step check:
- Log into the Business Grants Portal (BGP) using your company’s Corppass
- Check your dashboard: eligible companies will see their SFEC balance immediately ($10,000 if unused)
No SFEC showing? Your company may not be eligible yet, or the credit has been fully utilized. For further clarification, contact Enterprise Singapore.

Typical timeline: 6 weeks from submission to approval (Track your status in Business Grants Portal >My Grants)
Once approved, you will be notified via email and receive a Letter of Offer (LOO). The LOO must be accepted within the specified timeline.
Pro tip: Apply early, especially if you have a specific implementation deadline (e.g., before tax filing season).
- Accept the LOO
- Purchase the software and pay upfront
- Start using the software (must provide 1 month usage proof for claims)
- Submit your claim via BGP
- Receive disbursement in 4–6 weeks
Yes, the full gross price must be paid upfront. PSG works on a reimbursement basis, with claims submitted after 1 month of usage.
Step 1: Set up disbursement method. Choose either:
- Corporate PayNow (Recommended. Disbursement in ~14 days after approval), Or
- GIRO (Slower, up to 8 weeks)
Step 2: Submit your claim on Business Grants Portal
Required documents:
- Invoice: From PSG-approved vendor for the solution
- Proof of payment: Bank transfer advice or statements showing your company name, vendor name, payment date and details
- 1 month usage report
SFEC auto-claim: Once the above PSG claim is submitted and approved, SFEC claim status automatically updates. Check under “View my SFEC details” in the portal.
Common rejection reasons:
- Blurry or incomplete payment proof
- Invoice details don’t match LOO
Skip the hassle: As part of our service, we provide full support and advisory on the grant process.
- Processing: 4-6 weeks after submission
- Disbursement: 14 days via PayNow or up to 8 weeks via GIRO
Track your status in Business Grants Portal > My Grants
This is normal! Here’s why:
SFEC claim status only updates after your PSG claim is submitted and approved. It’s not a separate claim as it’s an automatic top-up.
Where to check SFEC
- Go to Business Grants Portal
- Click “View my SFEC details” and you will see:
- PSG solution you applied for
- SFEC claim amount (usually 90% of your PSG out-of-pocket)
- SFEC claim status (pending/approved/disbursed)
If SFEC doesn’t appear after PSG approval:
- You may have exhausted your $10,000 SFEC credit (Up to $7,000 can be used for PSG)
- Your company may not be SFEC-eligible
Yes, you can withdraw at any time, even after accepting the LOO.
No. The PSG grant application is 100% free.
You should never pay for:
- Application submission
- Grant processing
- Letter of Offer acceptance
- Claim submissions
What you DO pay for:
The actual accounting software and implementation (upfront)
Beware of scams: Enterprise Singapore and official PSG vendors will never charge “processing fees” or “grant application fees.” Always work with verified PSG vendors
