Client stories
How we have helped businesses like yours
Every client journey is different. Here are two examples of how we have supported Middle Eastern businesses through the process. shared with permission and anonymised to protect confidentiality.
Establishing a regional HQ to access Southeast Asian suppliers
A Dubai-based trading company had been sourcing goods from Southeast Asia indirectly for several years. Rising costs and supply chain complexity made a Singapore base the logical next step, but the founders had no prior experience incorporating outside the UAE.
We advised on a private limited company structure, arranged a nominee director, and managed the full ACRA registration remotely. We then facilitated a corporate bank account introduction and supported two Employment Pass applications for the founding team.
The company was fully operational within eight weeks of first contact, without either founder needing to travel to Singapore during the setup phase.
Restructuring for a Series A raise with ASEAN investor interest
A Riyadh-based SaaS founder was preparing for a Series A round and had received interest from Singapore-based VCs. The investors required a Singapore-incorporated holding entity before committing.
We designed an investor-ready holding structure, incorporated the Singapore entity, and coordinated with the founder's legal counsel in Saudi Arabia to ensure cross-border compliance. We also supported the EntrePass application to enable the founder to relocate ahead of the raise.
The holding structure was in place within three weeks. The founder successfully closed the Series A round the following quarter, citing the Singapore entity as a key factor in building investor confidence.
